Zoella Beauty Review

Hey,
So I thought today I'd talk about the Zoella Beauty Range, as I've been a big fan of Zoella for a long time now and when I knew she was releasing this range I was so excited. She now has out the tutti fruity range and the summer one, which are all brilliant. I know it's a little old now and not brand new but I just love it so much. Even though I can't use one (I'll tell you in a min), but the scent is just amazing! Everything about it is just perfect, its got a really cute design and everything I'm sure you all know Zoe Sugg or known as Zoella- YouTuber and Blogger. I'm personally such a fan girl and I love her so much, she's helped me so much! And she's done such a good job on this range! I have: The Eyes Beauty Bag, Soap Opera, Body Lotion and Body Mist. So I thought I'd do a little review on it, so here we go:...

Overview
Zoe's range is all about pampering and bath care. It all has a similar floral, fruity sort of sweet scent. It is nice because it will suit most people as its not too 'a scent' (floralie, fruity or sweet) and not too strong or over-powering. It also means you can use them together while if there all different you can't really mix them and use it together as it could clash. She has created: 3 beauty/make-up/wash bags, Bath Soak, Body Lotion, Body Mist, Candle and a Fizz bar in the original set (1st) she produced. Its price is also really good for all the products and is definitely worth it, which is good for us teenagers. To me the design screams out pastel and is really cute, and attracts your eye not in a bright way but in a delicate pretty way. Its also good to see #TeamInternet come together, succeed and do well.

The Eyes Beauty Bag
The beauty bag is such a nice design and I LOVE the rose gold zip (typical Zoe) and all the colours go so well together and definitely reflects Zoe, it sort of has a pastel colour theme and polka dots :)
Also its such a good size because its not too big or too small and its perfect for packing your morning make-up face or a weekend away, its just the right size. It is also the sort of material which is wipe-able, which is handy for me, as I can get stuff over it :)

Soap Opera
Soap Opera is a Bath Soak and Shower Jel, which is nice as sometimes you don't always want a bath, so its nice you can use it as both. The Bath Soak creates lots of fluffy bubbles and if you want more bubbles, you add more product in. It also makes a good shower jel too the smell lasts quite a long time and smells beautiful! The scent also always fills up your bathroom and makes it smell soooo good! It has Vitamin E, Aloe and Shea Butter which softens the skin. Its perfect for anyone. The packaging is also really attractive of course.

Body Lotion
The Body Lotion smells amazing, of course (they all do!). However, I love Zoe to the moon and back, this Body Lotion sadly isn't very good for sensitive skin because when I used it on my body I got a massive rash down my body, which is really sad as it truly smells really good, so now I can't use it :(  Other people say its really good and the best one they've ever tried! But I can't have it, I don't know if its just me and my skin?! :( Sorry, I can't give you that much of a good opinion.

Body Mist
The bottle/design is really cute and a really nice practical size to keep in your handbag or just bring with you in a daily basis, you also get a lot money for the product. The scent last for long time, and it definitely has a strong  scent which is amazing as its only suppose to be a body mist and its not suppose to be a perfume, but its just as good! You can use it really well and the spray nozzle works well. It also contains Vitamin E which is suppose to be good for conditioning the skin.

So yes, I really recommend the Zoella Beauty, all good value for money and its just amazing..
I hope you enjoyed this little review.
I'll see you Thursday 8:30pm British Time

10 Facts About Me

Hi,
I was thinking last night as I was trying to drift off to sleep, that you out there- You don't know me that well or not at all really, and I haven't even introduced myself which is very rude, I'm very sorry. I guess I just expected you to know, now thinking about it I don't know why I thought that at all! I am strange sometimes... Anyway, I thought what's a better way for you to get to know me better, than doing the 10 facts about me?! I know its normally more facts, something like 20 or even 50?! However I don't think I know that many things about me, I struggled with 10, I'm not even going to think about 50?! I'm sorry, thats just out of the question, I had a hard day at school, I don't think I can even think of 20. Maybe I'll do a part 2 sometime ;)

So here it is 10 facts about me...
1. My nickname is Mi , thats why I'm MidnightMi
2.  I love languages ALOT, basically I'm that language nerd in school, I'm perfectly fine with that though. No matter what people say, do what you love. I do French at school and I am learning Spanish at home on my own, If you know any other language apart from English, comment something in it and I'll see if I can recognise or even translate, although I'll probably end up going to google translate ngl :)
3. I was very tall compared to everyone else, however sadly everyone keeps over taking me... which is always fun... not
4. I am very hard working, I mean if you ask any of my friend they will say I don't mess about at school, I am also definitely not one of the cool ones don't worry, trust me I'm far off.
5. I love Music, and I love singing along and dancing in my own little world, I especially love at the moment Justin Beibers new album Purpose, its my life right now.
6. My favourite place is Paris, I've never actually been there however I've always loved cities and France so its perfect and I've seen loads of pictures and its perfect. I am obsessed with Paris, I just love it. Also my dad got a scholar ship and went to University in Paris!
7. I want to go to Uni, I know I'm far off Uni like really far, however its always something I've wanted to do and I know some people want to go and some people don't, personally I always have.
8.  I have thick black curly hair, its so annoying for the people who say they want thick hair, trust me you don't. Mines extra thick and I genuinely dislike it with a passion. Also curly hair is not fun either, I mean I don't think I'd mind it if it was thinner, however mines just off the scale.
9. I live in the UK and I'd love to go travelling as I love going new places
10. I love PLL (pretty little liars) I can't wait for the 12th January. Ahh its so exciting.

I hope you enjoyed this post, I thought I'd just do this post as something extra.
I'll still see you Tuesday (tomorrow) 8:30pm British Time
Tell me something about you :)

Baking Cookies

Hi,
I have always had a passion for baking... I can't say I'm good at it! But I enjoy it and thats all that matters. I have had a few burnt things and incidents but I like to put them behind me ;) If your the same- does it matter if you're not good at it?! As long as you enjoy it, thats all that matters. For me, baking is thing I do on my own as like a quiet thing on my own. Its basically a hobby, kinda an escape from life sometimes. Although, I can't say its always relaxing as if things go wrong that is very irritating or you don't have the right ingredients or if it doesn't go to plan. Trust me I know! :) Yes, things can go wrong but its so nice to experiment and plug in your headphones listen to some Justin Beiber or whatever music you listen to, and its like your in a whole world of your own. Sometimes you do find me dancing around when I'm putting all the ingredients back or something. I just find it really enjoyable.
Recently I've been trying different recipes not just the common cakes, biscuits and cupcakes, but I'll share with you some of those in a different post, but for now I thought I'd share with you the classic Gingerbread cookies/biscuits. I found this recipe through my friend as she always makes these and they always taste amazing, hers are always loads better than mine, but I have a try!
Here are the cookies/biscuits recipe... (I never know which one!) :)

2. Melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan
3. Sift in the flour. ground ginger and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl, add syrup mixture, add egg
4. Mix together, form a ball (if too dry add a bit of water)
5. Place in the fridge for 10minutes
6. Roll out dough, to about half a centremetre so very thin and cut out shapes.
7. Place biscuits onto the baking tray
8. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes. Keep checking just incase they burn.
9. Place them on a wire rack to cool.

I hope you enjoyed this post.
The biscuits actually turn out really nice.

Harry Potter Studio Tour

Hey,
So if theres one thing you should know about me is I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter, I just love watching them over and over again on a Friday night (or anytime really)  So recently I went to the Warner Bros. Studio, over the Christmas holidays, as a treat.
It was so cool to see all the scenes and props, the whole experience was so magical, we saw most/everything from house sets to little details like outfits and picture frames, the knight bus was especially amazing, to be honest it all was!I saw Dobby, he's my favourite character. It was a bit creepy seeing Arogog (I think that's how you spell it) the massive spider on the ceiling being hung down, I did freak out a little bit, as I'm not a big fan of spiders at all. Although I was a bit sad how Quidditch wasn't real. It is true once you know the sercet about Quidditch you'll never look at it in the same way again. However I'm just going to pretend its still real, because its so magical. I was thinking as I walked around, I can't believe how long it must of taken them to film and create all the Harry Potter films, and not to talk about how much money?! It was so weird to see the masks which were made out of wax for the goblins and other characters. The Hogwarts model was amazing and they had sprinkled it with snow, because its Winter! Its well worth going if you're considering, I loved every second of it!!
I took loads of pictures and I thought I'd share them with you...

I hope you enjoyed this post!
As I promised there shall also be a post tomorrow at 8:30pm British Time
See you soon :)

Lush Soaps Review | Rock Star & Fresh Farmacy

Hello, Its me... You gotta love Adele ;)
I have always loved Lush, but I do kinda struggle a bit, as I have very VEry VERY sensitive skin, and it's always so annoying! My friend got me a bath bomb from Lush for my birthday and it was fine at first, I then came back from going out somewhere. I walked into my room and a massive scent of bath bomb hit me, I just ignored it then 1minute later I started getting a massive rash right up my neck! Just from being in the same room as it!! I was so disappointed as I really wanted to try that bath bomb but I couldn't, I just thought "great, another thing I can't have. "
Anyway story time over, So yeah, somethings my skin doesn't mine but then others it basically blows up. Which means in Lush I've always had to be careful and somethings I absolutely adore, then of course somethings not as much. However I get through it and its worth the chance.
After hearing Zoe (Zoella) talk about Lush soaps, I was eager to try them for myself. I had forgotten about them for sometime until I walked into Lush recently and saw the soaps and thought
"I must try one!" So thats exactly what I did...
I don't really know what I think of them, I definitely have mixed feelings. I went in and smelt them all (of course) and the 'Rock Star' immediately caught my nose, although I was thinking which is better a more cooler/better one visually wise or one that smelt better, I decided on scent, because I guess whats the point of getting it if you don't like the scent?? Therefore, I decided on the Rock Star and I was also looking for a block facial soap aswell, so I thought what better place and time, so I picked up the 'Fresh Pharmacy' which is a facial soap and I use it mostly everyday, to wash and clean my face. At first I was a bit resistant as I didn't know how much skin would react, luckily it was fine!
They're the two soaps I picked up, now I this is what I think of them. On to the review...

Rock Star
The Rock Star Soap contains Vanilla and rapeseed and coconut oil. It smells very sweet but not an overpowering sweetness, which I definitely a plus. If you don't like sweet smelling things its definitely not for you. Its pink, bright pink, and has stars, however sadly in mine there weren't any stars :( It lasts a long time, the scent fills up the whole room and has a nice texture, it lathers on well to your hand/skin, however I wouldn't recommend it to use on your body. That was the good bit, however I did find it drying because as I put it on my hand it did dry out my hand and gave the squeaky clean feeling. I suppose you can't have to all though! The scent lasts for such a long time. I can still smell the scent like 5 long minutes after I've washed my hands, which is amazing. I've never had a soap that the scent lasts for that before. Also its very cheap and affordable. So I'd say over all its good, I wouldn't call it amazing as I don't really like it drying. Thats always something I've hated, or that could just my little things that annoy me holding me back, because some people like the squeaky clean feeling, but its not my cup of tea. But thats what I found.

Fresh Farmacy
The Fresh Farmacy, I wouldn't say it cleanses my face, I'd say it cleans it, but I wouldn't say it does anything else. I know it has camomile in, which is suppose to sooth the skin, but for me it just doesn't do that sadly. Like the Rock Star soap it creates the squeaky clean feeling (not my favourite feeling). I would not recommend it to people who have dry skin and maybe not to people who have normal, as it is drying. It doesn't have much scent to it and looks really natural, as its not the clean soap which look like its been through a million processors.  Also I wouldn't say it will clear your skin from acne and blemishes. I think its the perfect thing just to clean, as its basically a normal bar of soap but for your face and normal soap only cleans too. So its great just to get all dirt off and bacteria. Overall, it
depends what you want it for, if you consider it good, amazing or bad. Personally I'd say okay.

I hope you enjoyed this post. I
thought I'd do something different and spice it up.
Now I'm truly sorry that I didn't post yesterday like I was suppose to, but to make up I am posting tomorrow and the day after that, at 8:30pm British Time. I'm really sorry but stuff went on and... yeah.. I'm really sorry!
Anyway, tell me any Lush Products you recommend, I'd love to try them out :)
See you tomorrow
